We intend to use your personal data for direct marketing carried out by PT Inchcape Indomobil Energi Baru and for such purposes your personal data held by Inchcape Indomobil Energi Baru may be provided to any of our affiliates, subsidiaries or associated companies for their use for direct marketing. Personal data supplied to PT Inchcape Indomobil Energi Baru will be kept confidential. However, we may disclose such data to or such data may become accessible or known to the following persons or in the following circumstances:
